⭐️ I will introduce the cancellation of the event and the ticket refund method sequentially.
Cancel Event Registration
You can cancel the event registration from the [Home] tab or the [People] tab at the top of the event.
How to cancel registration
Cancel Registration from the Event Home tab
Click the [Registered] button → When the Cancel Registration pop-up appears, select [Cancel Registration]
Cancel Registration from the People tab
Click [⋯] in the upper right corner of My Card → select [Cancel Registration]
Cancellation Confirmation
If you cancel your registration, you will receive a 'Cancellation Confirmation' email. You can check 'Cancellation Confirmation' again through this email.

However, email will not be sent if notification 'Rejected' is set.
Cancellation and Refund Procedure
If you purchased a ticket, it will be refunded when you cancel your registration.
Please wait a moment while the event host reviews your cancellation request!
Once the event host approves your cancellation request, the refund process will proceed sequentially.
Upon completion of approval, an email titled ‘Cancellation Approved’ will be sent.
If you have purchased a ticket, the cancellation procedure is as follows.
On the Home tab, Click the [Registered] button → In the Cancel Registration pop-up, select [Cancel Registration] → In the Cancel Registration Approval Pending pop-up, select [Confirm]
When canceling your registration, you can check the refund status on the home tab.
The [Refund Requested] text can be found on the right side of the [Home] tab.
To view my payment details, click [View Details] to the right of the [Refund Requested] text.
You can check pending approval emails in your mailbox.
Once the event host approves the refund cancellation, the ticket refund will be processed automatically, and a “Cancellation Confirmation” email will be sent.

If your status is still [Pending Cancellation Approval] or [Refund Request], please contact the responsible staff member directly. You can reply to the [Pending Approval] email you received to get in touch with them.
However, if the cancellation has already been approved, it cannot be reversed. To register in the event again, please complete the registration process from the beginning.
