[Required] Splab Co., Ltd. Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information

Splab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) intends to collect, use, and provide your personal information as described below in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, Articles 15, 22, and 24, for membership registration or service provision. By consenting below, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined below.

Up to 5 years from the date of consent; deleted immediately upon membership withdrawal - Information to prevent unauthorized use (ID, misuse records) is deleted 6 months after membership withdrawal in the withdrawal database - Complaint or dispute records are kept for 3 years (Consumer Protection Act for E-commerce, etc.)

Deleted immediately upon membership withdrawal - Customer identification information (CI, DI) for prevention of unauthorized use is deleted 6 months after withdrawal in the withdrawal database - Consumer identification information (CI, DI), payment/cancellation/refund, and delivery information are retained for 5 years to preserve transaction records (Consumer Protection Act for E-commerce, etc.)

Device Information (OS, Screen Size, Device ID, Phone Model, Device Model), IP Address, Cookies, Visit Date/Time, Unauthorized Use Records, Service Usage Records, Location Information, etc.

Statistical analysis of service usage records for quality control Compliance with legal obligations for consumer protection Verification and management of unauthorized use Mediation of disputes among members Verification of delivery information for products (prizes)

Deleted immediately upon membership withdrawal - Service usage records are retained for 3 months (Telecommunications Privacy Act) - Usage records for Safe Number Service (voice recordings) are retained for 1 month
