[Required] Agreement for provision of data for events held within a lounge

Splab Inc.(herein referred to as “Company”) intends to collect, use, and provide your personal information in accordance with Articles 15, 22, and 24 of the Personal Information Protection Act for service provision. By agreeing to these conditions, you agree to provide your name, affiliation(company), title, and phone number. Collected information remains with the Company no longer than 5 years, and shall be deleted immediately if and upon termination of your account. The Company informs you that if you participate in an event affiliated with a specific lounge, the same terms of consent for personal information collection and use will apply to all related events within that lounge. This means that by agreeing to the terms when joining a specific lounge event, your personal information may be provided and utilized in other related events within the lounge without requiring additional consent.
